Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Senior Project Manager to orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across software features, digital content, service design, and physical materials. You will own the critical path, mitigate risks, and ensure writers, designers, and partners align to hit launch milestones.

This fixed-term role ends 9/1/2028. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan strategically, and drive readiness for commercial launch with data-backed updates and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or publishing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Stage-Gate.
• Leading projects that span web and physical formats.
• Proficient in Jira and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across curriculum, software, and production.
• Map critical paths, identify long-lead items, and protect launch dates.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and escalate when needed.
• Design and run planning and status meetings with clear ownership.
• Ensure digital lessons and service readiness for commercial launch.
• Analyze velocity and capacity to improve workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
• Plan resources 2–3 quarters ahead to avoid burnout and peak production.
• Manage vendor agreements, performance, and renewals.
