Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Project Manager, Platform to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning curriculum, software features, and physical production. You will own the critical path, manage long-lead items, and drive risk mitigation to ensure on-time launches.

You will lead planning rituals, partner with writers, designers, and engineers, and ensure digital and service readiness for commercial rollout.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience managing complex EdTech, software, or publishing projects.
Fluent in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Stage-Gate for print and digital.
Experience shipping products across web and physical formats.
Expertise building dashboards and trackers in Jira/Smartsheet.
Able to explain technical delays to editors, designers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across curriculum, software, and physical production.
Master the critical path and manage long-lead items to protect launch dates.
Drive risk mitigation and proactive problem solving to restore project health.
Facilitate planning and execution meetings with clear objectives and ownership.
Own digital and service readiness for commercial launch.
Analyze velocity and capacity; identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
Plan resources 2–3 quarters ahead to prevent burnout and delays.
Manage vendors and partners with SLAs and renewals as needed.
Communicate project status with data-backed updates to stakeholders.
