Job summary

INFINNI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform vision and roadmap for multi-platform integration products. You’ll gather inputs from users, partners, data and stakeholders to own the roadmap and prioritize features, ensuring cross-functional alignment.

You will lead end-to-end projects across CN/EU engineering, design, QA, and support, and drive product growth with strong GTM execution. Strong English, CRM/API experience, and 5+ years in B2B SaaS are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or Business Tech.
• 5+ years in product management, B2B SaaS preferred.
• Experience with CRM, customer support, or API-heavy integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Chinese bonus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects across CN/EU engineering, design, QA.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision and create a multi-platform integration roadmap with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead back-office management features for Finance, Content, Payroll, and related modules.
• Define product solutions that adapt to each platform while maintaining a unified cross-platform experience.
• Direct end-to-end project management for integrations across CN/EU teams including engineering, design, QA, and support.
• Define and track metrics for customer happiness, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Provide go-to-market support with clear documentation for product launches.
