Job summary

Sprout Social, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and scaling of our partner and platform integration ecosystem.

You will lead end-to-end integration strategy, from pricing and packaging to GA readiness, and manage ongoing partnerships with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with Engineering to sequence investments for scalable integration capabilities, define generalized APIs or connectors, and drive lifecycle management from alpha through GA

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in ecosystem or integration roles in a B2B product-driven SaaS environment.
• Entrepreneurial and visionary product management with strong commercial judgment.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and GTM leaders to deliver cohesive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integrations strategy from pricing and packaging to GA readiness.
• Define and execute platform-based integration strategies (APIs/connectors).
• Own integration lifecycle management from alpha to post-launch scaling.
• Balance customer needs with long-term platform scalability and architecture decisions.
• Coordinate with GTM, Partnerships, and Engineering to ensure commercial viability of integration work.
