This role sits at the intersection of business, product, operations, and engineering, owning the roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into well-defined work, driving delivery, and ensuring adoption across CRM systems, data integrations, and internal tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, or in financial services or wealth management with demonstrated ownership of business systems, workflows, or technology initiatives.
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear business and system requirements.
• Proven track record of driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Platform Initiatives End-to-End from discovery to release and adoption.
• Own Domain Roadmap & Backlog with a clear, prioritized plan.
• Partner with Developers & Admins to translate business requirements into technical work.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across departments and stakeholders.
• Oversee adoption, training and continuous improvement with structured feedback.
