Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluency with AI coding agents and willingness to learn.
• Depth in Ruby on Rails, Go, or React with TypeScript.
• Track record designing and owning platform systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the authorization platform.
• Improve speed and reliability of permission checks at scale.
• Build interfaces and tooling for teams to add access control.
• Lead migration of older permissions logic to the new platform.
