Accrete, Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and maintain scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

This senior technical leader collaborates with cross-functional teams to automate delivery, monitor systems, and enforce secure CI/CD practices across cloud environments. You will mentor junior engineers, define best practices for configuration management, disaster recovery, and incident response, and stay abreast of emerging tools to keep DevOps capabilities ahead of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, system admin, or related roles.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and IaC tools (Terraform/Terragrunt/Helm).
• Strong scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Proficient in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance.
• Experience with monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for build, test, deployment, and provisioning.
• Collaborate with software, QA, and security to ensure robust CI/CD.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and improve scalability and reliability.
• Define and enforce best practices for infrastructure and security.
• Drive disaster recovery, backup, and resilience initiatives.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and junior team members.
• Stay current with emerging tech to improve DevOps capabilities.
• Participate in architecture discussions aligning DevOps with business goals.
