Job summary

Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. We seek a Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade CI/CD platforms in hybrid AWS/on‑prem environments.

You will lead platform standardization, progressive delivery, reliability engineering, and security-by-design to enable high-quality, low-risk software delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, building, and operating enterprise-grade CI/CD platforms.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and on-premises hybrid environments.
• Ability to implement feature flags, canary, blue-green deployments, and phased rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate standardized CI/CD framework for multiple environments (Dev, QA, PartnerLab, Staging, Production).
• Define promotion workflows with quality gates and artifact immutability.
• Establish PartnerLab as an integration/validation environment with no direct path to Production.
• Ensure environment parity across AWS and on‑prem systems.
• Implement automated rollback based on health checks, error rates, and SLO breaches.
• Maintain release traceability from commit through production.
