Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in software/platform roles.
• 5+ years hands-on GCP experience with Compute Engine, IAM and APIs.
• Experience maintaining a Databricks platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of core software & information platforms.
• Provide platform metrics and proactively identify patterns to improve platform stability.
• Break down complex initiatives into small actionable work items.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and cloud issues and drive long-term stability.
• Establish platform standards, best practices, and governance across cloud architectures and integration layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust platform designs.
• Mentor engineers with architectural insights and code reviews.
