Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to guide a platform and developer experience team in the U.S. You will drive technical direction, balance new capabilities with platform health, and partner across the organization to maximize business impact.

You will coach engineers, promote best practices, and own prioritization while delivering reliable, scalable software and infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in software engineering with leadership of initiatives.
• 5+ years managing and developing software engineers, including performance reviews.
• Experience leading platform or infrastructure engineering with technical direction.
