Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in power electronics product development.
Strong expertise in control design, modeling, and simulation of power electronics.
Experience with embedded platforms and EMI considerations.
Broad understanding of electrical engineering and system-level design.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design and development of power electronics control strategies
Modeling and simulation of power electronic converters and systems
Control loop design for embedded SoC platforms or rapid control environments
Impedance and EMI analysis and simulation
Contribution to power electronics platforms for UPS and grid‑supporting products
Technical problem‑solving for complex system and product challenges
Participation in Lean‑Agile development processes
Contribution to innovation initiatives, including invention disclosures and patents
