S&P Global is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform engineering leader in the Princeton area to shape the technical direction and culture of a high-velocity software platform. You will guide automation-first initiatives, drive reliability, and align security with rapid delivery.

You will build and mentor a team, own CI/CD strategy, cloud platforms, and developer tooling while partnering with Security, Risk, and Architecture to ensure scalable, auditable pipelines and measurable business value.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 12+ years in DevOps or platform engineering and 5+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on CI/CD tooling experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Infrastructure-as-code and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Proven capability in platform reliability, SRE practices, SLOs, and incident response.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a DevOps/Platform engineering team.
• Own strategy and delivery of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infra, and developer tooling.
• Drive observability, SLOs, capacity planning, and incident management.
• Embed security/compliance into pipelines with guardrails and automation.
• Improve DORA metrics and partner with stakeholders on platform delivery.
