Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, shaping platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will drive roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, and partners to deliver scalable, AI-enabled platform solutions.

You will guide discovery, define success metrics, and own decision-making on scope, release cadence, and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management.
• Ability to deliver through ambiguity.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products - APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog and sequence work by impact.
• Define what "done" looks like and maintain it across phases.
• Run structured discovery with developers, engineering, and ISVs to surface issues and validate ideas.
• Make hard scope calls: what ships this quarter vs future bets.
• Drive velocity while maintaining the quality bar for platform users.
• Differentiate between discovery vs adoption to guide launches at scale.
• Build platform-first thinking and governance into product decisions.
• Translate platform concepts into actionable narratives for builders and buyers.
• Develop customer-facing docs, enablement guides, and release notes for platform capabilities.
• Lead through influence across product, engineering, and GTM; track adoption and reliability metrics.
