Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, shaping platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will own the roadmap, drive AI‑enabled workflows, and partner across engineering, security, and ISVs to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will guide discovery, define success metrics, and make hard scope calls while delivering with velocity and quality in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across incubation, migration, or scaled adoption of software products.
• Ability to define scope under uncertainty and ship with customers in hand.
• Experience with developer‑facing or platform‑facing products and measurable adoption.
• Hands‑on cloud platform architecture knowledge and AI‑enabled SDLC familiarity.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to set goals and monitor health.
• Strong communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction and success indicators; partner with engineering and stakeholders.
• Own the roadmap and backlog; prioritize by customer impact and dependencies.
• Conduct structured discovery with developers and ISVs to surface issues and evidence for the roadmap.
• Make scope decisions about what ships this quarter and what is future work.
• Balance velocity with quality and ensure reliable platform delivery.
• Lead through influence across product, engineering, and partner teams; drive adoption.
