Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management with ownership across multiple lifecycle stages (incubation, migration, or adoption).
• Ability to deliver through ambiguity and make hard prioritization decisions.
• Experience with developer-facing/platform-facing products—APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by customer impact and priorities.
• Define what "done" means and maintain standards across phases.
• Lead structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs to surface issues and validate solutions.
• Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter vs. future bets, and document reasoning.
• Drive velocity while maintaining quality and reliability across the platform.
