Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Automation Services and Infrastructure org, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. This hybrid role spans automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-powered extensibility for a governed operational foundation used by agents, tools, and experiences delivering Legal Data Intelligence.

Qualifications

7+ years in software product management, with ownership across multiple lifecycle stages.
Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or cloud infrastructure.
Solid MVPS experience and ability to ship with customers in hand.
Hands-on with cloud platform architecture (Azure preferred) and AI-enabled platform patterns.

Responsibilities

Define product direction and establish clear health indicators for the platform.
Own the roadmap and backlog; sequence work by customer impact and dependencies.
Conduct structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and engineering teams to validate needs.
Make scope decisions about what ships this quarter and what is a future bet.
Drive velocity while maintaining a high quality bar for platform reliability.
Lead through influence across product, engineering, and partner teams.
