This technical leader will align with executives, platform owners, and development teams to ensure governance, data strategy, and seamless integrations, enabling long-term success. Travel up to 25% is expected, with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Certified and experienced in SecOps, IRM, or a combination of both is a plus
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF, IT4IT
• Cloud application technology experience

Responsibilities

• Guide customers across engagements to deliver successful solutions
• Translate goals into customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard
• Manage governance, delivery model and platform health
• Support presales by scoping engagements and change orders
