Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Principal Engineer to define the architecture for FuzeRx, spanning B2B and consumer platforms. You will drive high-volume API integrations, complex pharmacy fulfillment, and distributed data consistency while ensuring compliance and security across systems.

You will mentor senior engineers, set engineering standards, and collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to achieve scalable, reliable healthcare platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering and systems design experience.
Experience building and scaling distributed, high-throughput B2B SaaS or transactional systems.
Deep knowledge of HealthTech, digital pharmacy, or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the target architecture for core platforms; drive high-volume API integrations and complex fulfillment logistics.
Mentor Staff, Senior, and Mid-level engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Establish and enforce coding standards, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and security-by-design practices.
