Bessemer Trust is seeking a seasoned Platform Architect to own enterprise platform strategy and architecture. This senior IC will operate at the intersection of deep technical design and executive-level influence, ensuring reusable platform patterns across Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, and Security.

The role emphasizes defining platform vision, designing shared services, guiding CI/CD and developer experience, and leading AWS-based patterns.

Formación

• 15+ years in platform architecture, enterprise architecture, or large-scale systems design.
• Deep AWS background including landing zone design, services breadth, and cloud-native integration.
• Strong experience with CI/CD ecosystems and developer platform design.
• Familiarity with data platform concepts like environment data management, masking, and synthetic data.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and agentic patterns on AWS.
• Proven ability to influence and align across large, matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Executive-level communication and storytelling for architecture reviews and leadership sessions.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving adoption through credibility.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate a cohesive enterprise platform vision across developer experience and cloud infrastructure.
• Design shared services with reusable components and enforce cross-cutting standards.
• Shape CI/CD and developer experience as first-class platform capabilities.
• Lead AWS-based platform services, landing zone design, and guardrails.
• Enable AI-driven applications with scalable infrastructure patterns and reusable services.
• Provide cost-aware architectural guidance in collaboration with FinOps and engineering leadership.
• Influence across teams without owning delivery; define vision, architecture, and standards.
