Job summary

TetraScience is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to own the architecture, evolution and growth of our enterprise data and AI cloud. You will set direction across Enterprise Platform, Scientific Search, AI/ML Ops, and Developer Platform, guiding cross-team decisions and ensuring scalable, secure systems.

In this senior IC role, you’ll drive multi-tenant architecture, RBAC/OIDC, data lake patterns, and integration with lab instrument vendors, balancing performance, cost, and operability while

Qualifications

• Experience shaping multi-tenant SaaS architecture at scale.
• Proven ability to own enterprise auth and data platforms.
• Strong track record in guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own tenancy, IAM, and admin control plane for the enterprise data environment.
• Design search architecture spanning keyword, semantic, and hybrid retrieval.
• Lead MLOps standards for traceable AI outputs under production load.
• Shape internal developer platform with CI/CD standards and SDKs.
• Improve developer productivity with parity between local and production.
• Oversee lakehouse platform for data access and schema evolution.
• Lead partner integrations architecture for instrument vendors and AI models.
• Oversee production cloud infrastructure and cost governance.
