You will deliver high‑quality donor care, adhere to SOPs, and document process steps to ensure product quality and donor safety. The role requires a high school diploma, minimal medical environment experience, strong customer service, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• Ability to complete training and documentation prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis procedures and venipunctures with high accuracy.
• Maintain donor care and confidentiality while ensuring safety and SOP compliance.
• Set up equipment and label units correctly.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and troubleshoot alarms.
• Maintain logs and documentation for machine performance.
