You will support instrument setup, QA documentation, and donor experience in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high school diploma and 3 months of healthcare exposure, with training completed prior to independent duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 months of medical/healthcare experience preferred.
• Completion of training documentation prior to duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis procedures per SOP and ensure donor safety.
• Confirm donor identification and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and stock supplies.
• Calibrate and maintain automated plasmapheresis machines, respond to alarms.
• Mentor and train teammates as a designated trainer to improve efficiency and compliance.
