The position requires high school diploma and healthcare exposure; additional certifications may be required by state regulations. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential for donor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• 3 months’ experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• Completed documentation of training prior to duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA and GMP requirements.
• Maintain donor experience and service quality.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Perform venipunctures and plasma collection to high safety standards.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Dispose biohazard waste per SOP and clean spills.
• Calibrate/maintain machines and document logs.
• Train team members as a designated trainer.
• Collaborate with QA on donor floor performance.
