Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor center activities, supervise staff, and support compliance with regulatory standards. You will act as shift lead, manage donor flow, and partner with the Center Manager to drive performance and donor satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating staffing, ensuring inventory levels, and maintaining quality records while upholding safety and regulatory guidelines in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience in phlebotomy and donor processing.
• Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP regulatory requirements.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor center operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Develop staff schedules and coordinate tasks and breaks.
• Ensure donor throughput and quality targets are met.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplier communications.
• Escalate deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Promote safety, teamwork and regulatory compliance.
