Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead plasma donor center operations and ensure safety, quality, and donor satisfaction.

The role requires overseeing staff, coordinating shifts, and maintaining compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive phlebotomy and plasma processing experience, with strong customer service and the ability to manage daily operations under regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification in phlebotomy and donor center operations preferred.
• Experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing expected (6+ years).
• Strong customer service and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in Center Manager's absence and oversee donor flow.
• Supervise staff, coordinate shifts, and coach team members.
• Maintain donor center inventory and submit vendor orders.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP.
• Monitor donor throughput and center performance against targets.
• Prepare reports and assist in staff onboarding and training.
