Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor center operations in College Station, TX. You will supervise donor floor staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards to maximize donor throughput and satisfaction.

As a senior frontline leader, you will support the Center Manager, drive performance improvements, and foster a culture of safety and accountability within a high-volume medical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist certification required.
• Donor Center Technician certification required.
• Plasma Processor certification required.
• Designated Trainer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in absence of Center Manager and supervise staff on donor floor operations.
• Oversee donor operations, schedule staff, assign tasks, and coach team members.
• Create employee schedules aligned with donor cycles.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP requirements and internal procedures.
• Monitor donor flow and address delays to ensure exceptional donor experience.
