Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead donor floor operations at our Ogden plasma center. You will supervise staff, coordinate shifts, and support compliance with regulatory and quality standards while driving performance and donor satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in phlebotomy and donor processing, with responsibilities spanning staffing, inventory, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure top-notch donor experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor floor operations and supervise staff on shifts.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards compliance.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate breaks.
• Oversee inventory levels and vendor orders for the donor center.
• Maintain safety and donor experience; promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Assist Center Manager with performance improvement initiatives.
