Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee donor flow and production staff at a plasma center in the United States. You will ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP while maintaining high production standards and accurate records.

Under the Center Manager, you will train new employees, report performance, manage donor relations, and assist in equipment maintenance and center budgeting to support Grifols' mission in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and all manufacturing records to uphold production standards.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings; maintain thorough documentation.
• Assist in training new employees and retraining current staff.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction and long-term donation.
• Submit timely and accurate reports to the Center Manager.
• Assist in center funds control and equipment maintenance as needed.
