Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor center activities, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards. This role supports the Center Manager in driving performance, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

The candidate must have extensive experience in plasma operations, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate shifts and resources to meet center targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; phlebotomy certifications listed in description.
• Certified as Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Act as shifting leader in the donor center and supervise staff.
• Oversee donor operations and guide center staff during assigned shifts.
• Create staff schedules and manage inventory levels for center operations.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met (FDA, CLIA, OSHA, cGMP).
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports; support center managers.
