Grifols in Florida seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead the plasma donor center on a day-to-day basis, oversee staff across shifts, and drive performance and donor satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and a deep commitment to regulatory compliance and quality standards.

You will develop schedules, manage inventory, and partner with the Center Manager and Quality teams to resolve issues, maintain safety, and ensure superior donor experiences.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer certifications preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to understand, explain, and follow SOPs and regulatory protocols.
• Experience supervising donor center operations and staff in a regulated healthcare setting.

Mansioni

• Acts as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager and oversees donor center operations.
• Supervises donor center staff and provides shift leadership, staffing coordination, and coaching.
• Creates staff schedules to accommodate donor cycles and ensures inventory levels meet operation needs.
• Maintains compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP; ensures accurate documentation and reporting.
• Monitors donor throughput and donor experience to achieve performance targets; collaborates with Quality team to resolve deviations.
• Participates in onboarding, training, and cross-training of staff to support center agility.
• Maintains communication with other service areas to ensure quality and documentation.
