Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will enforce SOPs, manage records, and coordinate training across shifts.

The role requires phlebotomy and plasma processing experience, with strong attention to safety and documentation. On-site position with collaboration across departments and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and records for quality standards.
• Attend training sessions and prepare timely reports.
• Assist in training new employees and communicate with other areas.
