Grifols in Orlando seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead plasma donor center activities and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, and donor satisfaction. The role acts as a shift leader, coordinates scheduling, and supports the Center Manager in achieving performance goals.

You will oversee donor flow, safety, and operations while maintaining adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and company SOPs, driving continuous improvement and accountability across the center.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications in Phlebotomy, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR certification preferred or required as applicable.

Mansioni

• Serve as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager and lead donor flow and staff across shifts.
• Supervise donor center operations, assign tasks, coach team members, and coordinate staffing and breaks.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to align with donor cycles.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate orders to ensure supplies meet center needs.
• Collaborate with Center Manager and Quality teams to address deviations and improve performance.
• Ensure donor throughput, quality, and safety targets are met and documented.
