Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead plasma donor center operations in Roy, UT. The role oversees donor floor activities, supervises staff, and ensures adherence to regulatory and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement.

The position requires extensive phlebotomy and plasma processing experience, clinical SOP knowledge, and strong leadership to drive performance and donor satisfaction. A relocation bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist and donor center certifications required.
• CPR certification required.
• Typically 6 years of related phlebotomy and plasma processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor operations and supervise staff across shifts.
• Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate recordkeeping.
• Monitor donor flow to optimize throughput and donor experience.
• Coordinate with Center Manager on performance improvements.
• Train and onboard staff across donor center functions.
