Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist certification expected.
• Donor Center Technician and Plasma Processor certifications required.
• Designated Trainer certification beneficial.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor floor operations and oversee staff during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and training.
• Monitor donor throughput and donor experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Assist Center Manager with operational planning and budgeting.
