Job summary

Grifols seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily plasma donor center activities, supervise staff, and uphold regulatory and quality standards. You will act as shift leader, manage donor flow, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires extensive experience in phlebotomy and plasma processing, strong customer service, and ability to train and coach teams while maintaining strict SOPs and OSHA, CLIA, and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certifications preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Oversee donor floor operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate tasks and breaks.
• Maintain inventory levels and submit vendor orders.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards compliance.
• Prepare reports and support center performance improvements.
