Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center production, donor flow, and compliance with FDA, CLIA, cGMP and OSHA standards. You will train staff, review records, and ensure accurate reporting under the direction of the Center Manager.

The role requires at least 4 years of phlebotomy and plasma processing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications. Strong communication and safety focus are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as Phlebotomist/Donor/Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all plasma center tasks; supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; ensure accurate documentation.
• Submit timely reports and assist in donor center operations under Center Manager guidance.
• Train new staff and coordinate with other service areas to ensure quality.
