Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Plasma Center Operations Manager to lead donor center operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals. You will direct frontline staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, including supervisory roles, in a regulated environment. Expect responsibility for budgeting, staffing, and donor relations in a demanding setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Equivalency may be considered with related education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when Center Manager is absent.
• Coordinate with Training and Quality staff to meet training and quality goals.
• Lead and coach staff through Operations Supervisors to improve performance.
• Manage center budgets and establish action plans to meet production targets and quality goals.
• Handle personnel functions: hiring, assignments, training, disciplinary actions, and records.
