Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead donor floor operations at the plasma center. You will supervise staff, manage shift coverage, and support the Center Manager in achieving performance targets and donor satisfaction.

You will ensure adherence to regulatory standards and SOPs while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR certified.
• Certified as Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 6 years of related phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Oversee donor operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Create employee schedules and manage staffing on donor floor.
• Ensure inventory and supply levels; submit vendor orders.
• Maintain regulatory and quality standards (FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP).
• Support Center Manager in driving performance and donor satisfaction.
