Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and comply with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and internal SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records.
• Attend required training sessions and document necessary records thoroughly.
• Ensure center and equipment are kept in good order and submit reports on time.
• Assist in training of new employees and in cross‑functional communications.
