Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a senior manufacturing leader to direct plant operations and drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement targets. You will implement the IL6S/Lean journey, develop self-sufficient teams, and partner across functions to deliver best-in-class performance.

The role requires 12+ years of leadership in high-performance manufacturing, strong SAP experience, and a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in engineering or business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 12 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment within the food, pharmaceutical, or automotive industries.
• At least 10 years of foundational knowledge and experience within a supply chain environment.
• Systems, Applications, & Products (SAP) experience and proficiency in MS outlook set of software is required.
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and build strong morale is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of direct and indirect reports through servant leadership to achieve site goals.
• Be accountable for a fast-paced 24/7 operation and deliver best-in-class results.
• Lead the plant's operational strategy to align headcount, volumes, efficiency, and cost with business needs.
• Establish governance to review and control performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead talent development and engagement efforts across the manufacturing operation.
