Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an experienced IL6S program leader to drive Operational Excellence across the MSC. You will lead TPM‑based loss analyses, mentor regional teams, and advance the IL6S roadmap with senior leadership.

This role demands hands‑on coaching, strategic insight, and a track record of deploying OPEX in manufacturing. Expect 50% travel, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a base salary in the six‑figure range with a competitive bonus program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong TPM experience and proven ability to lead OPEX initiatives.
• Experience deploying organization‑wide deployment plans and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Lead IL6S program development and implementation with MSC leadership.
• Execute Operational Excellence Roadmap and drive loss analyses.
• Coach and mentor regional teams; improve revenue, margins and cash flow.
• Build capability through training and talent development; improve asset reliability.
