You will partner with senior leaders to drive the Operational Excellence roadmap and train regional teams. The position requires 8+ years in production leadership, strong TPM experience, and a track record of implementing loss-reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in production environment leading teams.
- Strong TPM experience is a must.
- 8+ years in development and implementation of industrial management systems focused on loss reduction by applying TPM and high-performance organizations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing the IL6S roadmap for Mondelēz North America.
- Lead analyses to improve revenue, product margin, cash-flow and growth.
- Build capability through training, coaching, and talent development.
- Drive asset reliability and manufacturing performance improvements.
