Job summary

Mondelēz International in Chicago seeks an accomplished manufacturing leader to direct our production operations at the on-site plant. You will drive safety, quality, cost, delivery and sustainability targets while implementing our IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma program and Factory of the Future initiatives.

You will coach line leaders, develop talent, and establish governance to review performance, enabling a zero-loss mindset and reliable operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a FMCG environment.
• Proven track record in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach line leaders and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to meet SQCDSM targets.
• Implement IL6S and Factory of Future initiatives.
• Develop governance to monitor performance and drive improvements.
