Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Plant Operations leader to oversee production and drive safety, quality, cost and delivery targets. You will implement IL6S and a Factory of the Future line-centric model, coaching teams and aligning KPIs across the site in a 24/7 bakery/ manufacturing environment.

You will champion continuous improvement, governance, and compliance with food safety, Quality and environment standards while developing talent and engagement across the manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation across operating teams implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma phase journey and Factory of the Future line-centric organization to progress toward self-sufficient teams.
• Coach line leaders, cascade and communicate plans and targets to employees to ensure alignment around priorities and KPI targets.
• Establish a strong governance to review, control operational performance and drive continuous improvement with a zero-loss mindset.
• Ensure manufacturing standards, governance and compliance (Quality, Food safety & GMP, Health, Safety, Environment, policies) are understood and followed.
• Lead talent, capabilities and engagement to attract, retain and develop critical skills across the plant.
