Mondelēz International in Naperville seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to own Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and People for a production area. You will drive Lean/IL6S/TPM, champion safety, and coach teams to sustain improvements on the floor.

With 2+ years in supervisory roles, you will optimize throughput, manage line start/shutdown, and build a culture of accountability across shifts.

Formación

• 2+ years of Supervisory/leadership manufacturing experience (food CPG strongly preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude + shopfloor confidence.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make fast, smart decisions.
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, digital production systems.
• Fierce attention to detail and strong written & verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full SQCDSP scoreboard for your production area.
• Lead line startup, shutdown, and changeovers with speed and discipline.
• Drive throughput, minimize downtime, reduce waste, and lift OEE.
• Coach teams on safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the floor.
