Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Thermomechanical Treatment Facility, ensuring safe and cost‑effective operations. You will lead the operations team, set KPIs, and partner with supply chain to meet customer needs.

Strong leadership and deep experience in power/industrial settings are required. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and the ability to drive performance with Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical preferred.
• 10+ years of plant operations supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience in power plant operations or high‑pressure boiler environments.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and model safety, inclusivity and accountability.
• Provide EH&S leadership to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
• Oversee boiler and turbine performance and operational KPIs.
• Translate strategy into actionable operations and improvement plans.
• Lead long‑term planning and department objectives.
• Drive resource planning and employee engagement.
• Champion Six Sigma and Lean for continuous improvement.
• Lead learning and performance programs to enhance operations.
