Reworld Projects, LLC in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational guidance for the safe and cost‑effective operation of our Thermomechanical Treatment Facility (TTF).

You will supervise a team including an Operations Supervisor, Shift Supervisors, and non‑exempt Technicians, coordinating with business and supply chain teams to align schedules with customer needs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering preferred; higher experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years supervisory/managerial experience in plant operations.
• Power plant operations or high‑pressure boiler experience.
• Experience as a People Leader with diverse teams.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• ASME QRO/CFO certification desirable or able to qualify within six months.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and model values to ensure a safe, inclusive workplace.
• Provide EH&S leadership to prevent accidents and environmental harm.
• Ensure compliance with all permit requirements.
• Lead boiler and turbine performance optimization and maintenance oversight.
• Translate strategy into actionable operations and KPIs.
• Develop resource plans and manage employee relations and engagement.
• Champion continuous improvement using Six Sigma/Lean methods.
