Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Operations Manager for the West Palm Beach facility to lead safe, cost‑effective operation of the Thermomechanical Treatment Facility. You will oversee supervisors and technicians, drive KPIs, and align operations with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in plant ops leadership, strong safety management, and experience in power generation or high‑hazard environments. Excellent communication and team development are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of plant operations supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience in power plant operations or high‑pressure boiler environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to keep boiler and turbine performance at optimal levels.
• Develop and implement KPI-driven operating plans aligned with business strategy.
• Champion continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
