Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Plant Manager for the Power & Thermal Management Division in Anaheim, CA. This role leads production operations, drives safety, quality, and cost-saving initiatives, and reports to the Director of Operations.

You will guide department supervisors and shop floor teams, implement Lean principles, and develop metrics to monitor budgeted targets and production performance across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 15 years manufacturing/production experience.
• 7+ years plant management; supervise hourly and salaried staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production management including manufacturing operations, inventory accuracy, facilities, and planning.
• Ensure safety, environmental, local, and federal compliance by plant leadership and employees.
• Provide direction to shop floor teams in resolving quality, scheduling, technical, or personnel issues.
• Review processes to lower costs and improve productivity, efficiency, and labor utilization.
• Develop metrics and reporting to track manufacturing performance against budget.
