Legrand AV, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager in Anaheim, CA to direct production floor activities, ensure safety, and meet quality and cost targets. You will lead supervisors and teams, drive continuous improvement, and align operations with strategic goals for a growing Power & Thermal Management division.

The role emphasizes Lean practices, ERP systems like SAP, and collaboration with cross-functional leaders to deliver on-time, within-budget results while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in manufacturing/production.
• Minimum 7 years plant management experience with supervision of hourly and salaried staff.
• SAP and ERP/MRP experience in Production/Inventory/Quality modules.
• Experience working within quality systems.
• LEAN tools experience; Six Sigma a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production management, including operations, inventory, facilities, and planning.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance by plant leadership and staff.
• Lead shop floor teams to resolve quality, production, scheduling, technical, or personnel issues.
• Continually improve processes to lower costs and boost productivity and quality.
• Develop metrics and report manufacturing performance against budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root-cause analyses and mistake-proofing initiatives.
• Coordinate activities to meet customer expectations and budget objectives.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles including 5S and Material Flow.
